EAT BIG!


Cocktails and a selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres will be available in the Atrium from 6-8 pm.

 

Dinner is served at 8 pm.

 

Salad - Garden greens with goat cheese, candied walnuts and sliced strawberries. Served with champagne vinaigrette.

 

Entree - Rosemary crusted custom cut of chicken with truffle mashed potatoes and thyme bordelaise. Served with fresh asparagus spears and red pepper batons. A vegetarian meal is available upon request.

 

Dessert - Chocolate Lovin' Spoonful
